摘要
以广州市某住宅楼工程为例 ,就新型墙体材料裂缝的成因 ,从屋面温差应力、砌块的干缩裂缝、建筑物的不均匀沉降等方面进行了分析 ,提出了几项治理措施 ,经实践证明 ,防治效果良好。
Taken one residential building work in Guangzhou as example in this paper the causes of cracks of new-type wall materials are analyzed from thermal stress,shrinkage cracks of block masonry,the uneven settlement of building and other aspects; at the same time corresponding treatment measures are proposed,which acquired good effects in practice.
