摘要
目的 观察几种不同浓度酒精对大鼠背侧纹状体长时程突触抑制 (LTD)诱导的影响。 方法 建立大鼠背侧纹状体LTD的诱导方法 ,并分别观察 2 0~ 80mmol/L浓度的酒精对大鼠背侧纹状体LTD诱导的影响。 结果 对照组给予强直刺激后诱导出明显的LTD ,PS幅值平均降低了 5 0 .93% ;2 0mmol/L酒精可以轻微增强LTD的诱导 ,4 0mmol/L酒精可以轻微抑制LTD的诱导 ,6 0mmol/L和 80mmol/L酒精可明显抑制LTD的诱导 ,其中以 6 0mmol/L酒精的作用最强 ,PS幅值平均下降了 1.5 9%。结论 酒精对纹状体LTD诱导的影响可能与酒精成瘾习惯的产生及酒精对运动和认知功能的损害有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of ethanol at several concentrations on the induction of corticostriatal long-term depression (LTD). Methods The method of the inducing LTD in the dorsalstriatum of rats was established and the effects of ethanol at 20-80 mmol/L on the synaptic plasticity in striatum were investigated. Results In the control group,a significant LTD was induced after HFS and the mean amplitude of PS decreased 50.93%.The ethanol at 20 mmol/L could facilitate the induction of corticostriatal LTD slightly while the ethanol at 40 mmol/L could inhibit the induction slightly. The ethanol at 60 mmol/L or 80 mmol/L could inhibit the induction of LTD in striatum significantly in which the inhibitory effect of ethanol at 60 mmol/L was the strongest. Conclusion The effect of ethanol on the induction of LTD in striatum may contribute to the development of alcoholism and the impairment of movement and recognition.
