摘要
本文对22例痴呆病人及9位正常老人进行了脑电地形图、脑诱发电位及长谷川量表评定的对比研究。观察到痴呆组脑电地形图各脑区δ及θ功率百分比增加,δ及θ绝对功率值也增加,但α功率百分比减少,α绝对功率值在大部分脑区也降低。脑诱发电位N_1、N_2潜伏期延长。以上结果提示,脑神经细胞功能的低下,并反映脑神经细胞的退行性变化。由智能评定亦反映了脑功能活动低下。
With the methods of EEG mapping, visual evoked potential and Chang-Gu-Chuan Scale, 22 deme-ntias were compared with normal aged. The results of EEG mapping showed that the absolute Deltaand Theta powers increased; the percentages of Delta and Theta activity over the total electrical acti-vity also increased; meanwhile absolute Alpha power and percentage of Alpha activity generally decr-eased in dementia group. N1 and N2 latency of visual evoked potential were prolonged in degenerationof the brain neurons of dementia. Intelligence evaluation also reflected the retrograde of brain func-tions of dementia. The characteristics of brain electrical activities of the dementia might offer refere-nces for clinical diagnosis.
