摘要
对224枚小鼠胚胎经玻璃化方法冷冻保存,解冻后桑椹胚胎正常率为87.3%,囊胚胚胎正常率为72.4%,明显低于桑椹胚(P<0.01)。移植后产仔率冷冻桑椹胚为34.8%,囊胚为39.3%,而对照组新鲜胚移植产仔率桑椹胚和囊胚分别为48.6%和42.6%。经比较冻胚和鲜胚移植产仔率并无显著差异(P>0.05)。
?224mouse embryos were frozen by the precedure of vitrification .After freezing and thawing ,morphlgical normal em- bryos were 87.3%with morula and 72. 4%with blastocyst. There was significant difference (P<0. 01)between them.The proportion of normal births was 34.8%with morula and 39.3%with blastocyst after transfer of the frozen embryos,while that was 48.6%with unfrozen morula and 42.6%with unfroze blastocyst. There was no difference (P>0.05)between frozen and unfrozen group.
