根管冠部预处理对后牙弯曲根管弯曲度的影响 被引量:10

Effect of coronal preflaring on the curvature of posteror root canals

摘要 目的 :通过研究后牙弯曲根管 ,了解根管冠部预处理对根管弯曲度的影响。方法 :将弯曲度在 12°~ 35°的 4 8个前磨牙和 4 8个第一、二磨牙按照弯曲度不同分别分成两组 ,一组弯曲度为 12°~ 2 0° ,另一组为 2 1°~ 35°。用GG钻行根管弯曲部分冠部预处理后 ,Schneider法测量根管弯曲度 ,比较相互间有无明显差异。结果 :前磨牙和磨牙 4组标本根管冠部预处理前后的弯曲度相互间均存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。前磨牙不同弯曲度的两组标本 ,冠部预处理前后根管弯曲度的改变相互间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而两组磨牙标本相互间存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;并且 ,在弯曲度较大的一组 (2 1°~ 35°) ,磨牙的弯曲度变化要显著大于前磨牙(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :用GG钻行根管弯曲部分冠部预处理后能显著减小根管弯曲程度 ,降低根管预备难度 。 AIM:To study the effect of coronal preflaring on the degree of root canal curvature in premolars and molars.METHODS:Forty-eight premolars and forty-eight first and second molars,with the degree of curvature from 12°~35° determined by Schneider′s method,were selected for this study.According to the degree of curvature,the specimen of premolars and molars were respectively divided into two groups.One from 12°~20° and the other from 21°~35°.The changes of degree of root canal curvature before and after coronal preflaring with Gates Glidden drills were compared.RESUTLS:The degree of root canal curvature before and after coronal preflaring for each group was different significantly (P<0.05).The changes of curvature degree for two premolar groups were not different significantly (P>0.05).However,the changes of two molar groups were different significantly (P<0.05).In the group with the degree from 21°~35°,the change of curvature degree of molars was larger than that of premolars (P<0.05). CONCLUSION:Coronal preflaring can make curved root canal preparation easy because the degree of root canal curvature were reduced significantly by Gates Glidden drills.And the curvatures of molars were reduced more.
