摘要
介绍了一种新开发的新型柴油低温流动性改进剂,对石蜡基调合柴油感受性较好,可降低柴油冷滤点3~5℃.该剂是以甲基丙烯酸酯、马来酸酐为原料,在80℃恒温条件下,聚合(氮气保护条件下)得到二元共聚物.再用高碳胺进行胺解制得.通过对大连石化分公司以大庆原油为原料生产的调和柴油测试,可降低0号柴油的冷滤点3~5℃.
This paper introduced a new-developed diesel fuel low-temperature flow improver. It is suitable for paraffin attemped diesel fuel, and can lower the cold filter plugging point (CFPP)3 to 5℃. The improver was produced by methyl acrylic alkyl ester, malefic anhydride as raw materials, polymerized(protecting with nitrogen)binary polymer with higher amine as aminating agent at constant temperature of 80℃. The improver produced with crude oil from Daqing as raw material was applied to the diesel fuel of Dalian Petrochemisty company CFPP of number 0 diesel fuel was lowered 3 to 5℃.
