信息技术的发展与普及给高校档案工作提供了无限的发展空间,同时也对档案工作人员提出了更高的要求。为适应时代发展的要求,高校档案工作者必须克服各种困难,及时作好角色转换,加快知识更新的速度,努力提高自身素养。
The development & popularization of information technology provides enormous space for the development of archive administration at college level.Meanwhile,it sets up new requirements of archivists.With a view to keep abreast of the time,archivists at colleges and universities must refresh themselves by upgrading their knowledge and arming themselves with the advanced information science.
