摘要 近年来 ,全尾砂充填已成为地下采矿主要的发展趋势。然而 ,目前全尾充填系统一般采用真空过滤、高速搅拌与高浓度泵送技术 ,系统投资很大 ,其应用受到很大的限制。在鑫汇金矿充填工艺研究中 ,采用分级充填的方法 ,将粗尾砂用立式砂仓充填系统制浆 ,送入井下作一步骤采场的胶结充填 ;细尾砂则用细尾砂充填系统脱水、浓密 ,送入井下二步骤的采场充填。该全尾砂分级充填技术 ,既充分利用了产出的尾砂 ,又提高了一步骤采场胶结充填体的强度 ,并具有投资小、工艺简单、充填成本低等诸多优点 。 In recent years, whole tailings backfilling has become the main development trend for underground mining. However, the whole tailings backfilling system at present generally adopts vacuum filtering, high speed agitation and high density pumping technology, which needs a large investment, thus greatly restricting its application. In the research of the backfilling technology for Xinhui Gold Mine, classified backfilling method was used. The coarse tailings were pulped in vertical sand solo filling system and sent to underground stopes for the 1st step cement filling while the fine tailings were dewatered and thickened in fine tailings backfilling system and used for the 2nd step backfilling of stope. This whole tailings classified backfilling technology can not only make full use of the produced tailings but also improve the strength of the 1st step stope cement filling body. It has the advantages of small investment, simple technology, low fill cost etc. and has solved the problem of whole tailings application at small and medium sized mines.
