摘要
技术结构与产业结构是协同发展的 ,技术结构是导致产业结构向高度化演进的重要因素 ,技术结构合理化及高度化的程度直接关联产业结构合理化与高度化 ;而反过来 ,产业结构的状况又制约着技术结构的演变。运用层次分析法对产业结构和技术结构给予量化 ,运用格兰杰因果关系检验法来分析中国技术结构与产业结构之间的因果关系 ,从定量的角度对中国产业结构与技术结构协同问题作出判断。研究结果表明中国目前的技术结构和产业结构协同状况基本可以概括为低协同。
Technical structure (TS) should cooperate with industry structure. TS plays an important role in leading industrial structure (IS) to a higher level of evolution. The rationalization and level of which are relevant to IS directly. On contrary,the conditions of IS are also restricted to the development of TS. The AHP (analytical hierarchy process) is used to quantify the industrial structure and technical structure,and then the Granger causal relationship test is used to analyze the causation between them. The result indicates that the status between industrial structure and technology structure in China now has very low synergetic effects.
