摘要
通过研究小试规模的SBR法对高浓度油脂加工废水的油脂和COD分解处理效果,以及pH值、曝气时间、进水浓度等对油脂和COD去除作用的影响,分析了高效、低能耗的SBR法用于油脂废水处理的可行性,并确定了进行油脂废水连续分解处理的工艺技术。在优化操作条件下长达1个月连续降解处理结果表明,在运行过程中控制pH为7.0,进水油脂含量和COD分别为500mg/L和1600mg/L左右,采用8h曝气时间,经过12h集中处理后,油脂的去除率超过95%,COD的去除率达到90%以上,整个系统运行连续稳定,出水水质达到油脂行业废水的国家排放标准。
The possibility of biodegradation of industrial wastewater containing high concentration of lipids was investigated by using high efficient SBR (sequencing batch bioreactor) process with low energy cost. The efficiency of the experimental pilot-up SBR biotreatments was studied by comparing the effects of pH, aeration time,the concentration of entrance wastewater on the degradation of lipids and COD,and then a treating technology for the continuous SBR processing on high lipid-containing wastewater was approached.The results of the SBR process under the improved optimal operation conditions lasting for one month continuously show that the high oily wastewater with both 500 mg/L of lipids and (1 600) mg/L of COD is biologically transformed to clear water by controlling the pH at 7.0 and the aeration time for 8 hours during a 12 h operation period, and that the removal rates of waste lipids and COD are over than 95% and 90%, respectively.The SBR biotreating system is stable and the quality of treated water can reach the requirements of national standards.
