RNAi技术用于抗HBV、HCV治疗研究进展 被引量:5

Advance in research of anti-HBV and anti-HCV through RNAi.

摘要 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)所导致的慢性肝炎是严重危害人类健康的一种疾病.目前,慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗主要是用干扰素(IFN)和拉米夫定,治疗HCV感染主要是IFN和利巴韦林联用,但其效果均不甚理想.所谓RNA干涉(RNA interference,RNAi)技术是指利用21 bp到23 bp双链RNA(dsRNA)诱导与其有同源序列的mRNA降解的过程.现将RNAi技术用于抗HBV、HCV治疗的进展综述如下.
