摘要
以圣诞红(ChristmasRose)为试材 ,研究了蝴蝶兰花梗腋芽组织培养使芽萌发的适宜培养基和BA浓度 ,诱导培养基中BA和NAA的最佳组合 ,以及生根培养中NAA的最佳浓度。结果表明 :花梗腋芽培养以1/2MS为基本培养基,加入3mg·L-1BA效果最好 ,原球体的诱导以1/2MS为基本培养基 ,激素以2mg·L-1BA +0.2mg·L-1NAA时效果最佳 ,生根培养时NAA以0.8mg·L-1效果最好。
Christmas Rose was used to probe the mothed of tissue culture.The result showed that the most suitable medium for pediˉcel axillary bud is:1/2MS+3mg·L -1 BA.For inducing spherosone the best medium is2mg·L -1 BA+0.2mg·L -1 NAA,for shooting the best medium is0.8mg·L -1 NAA.
