阐述了刺玫果在山西省的分布、产量等情况,从营养成分分析入手,综合评价了刺玫果作为保健品、食品、化妆品、药品等的经济价值,尤其是作为抗衰老产品中的后起之秀,刺玫果所具有的发展潜力。
This paper expounds the distribution, yield and other things of the wild rose hip in Shanxi Province, and starting from the analysis on the nutritio nal ingredients, makes comprehensive evaluation on the economic value of the wil d rose hip being as the health product, food, cosmetics, medicine, etc., and bei ng as the rising star of the anti-aging products, the wild rose hip possesses g reater developing potentiality.
