该文主要介绍了善酿酒的生产工艺、操作规程及产品质量控制。提出了从原辅料开始各道工序都要严格把关,才能确保生产出优质的产品。
This paper introduced the processing technology, operation processes and the product quality control of Shanniang rice wine. It has put forward that high quality product could be produced only if every process was controlled rigidly during the production.
