摘要
目的 探讨尿毒症血液透析患者拔牙对策。方法 对 30例尿毒症血液透析患者拔牙术后情况进行回顾性分析。结果 1例患者拔牙后出现出血并发症 ,2 9例患者拔牙后无并发症出现。结论 尿毒症血液透析患者可在控制并发症 ,病情稳定期 ,肾内科医师协作下 ,在透析 4 8h后或下次透析前 1d拔牙。
Objective To choose suitable time of tooth extraction for patients with uremia on dialysis. Methods A total of 30 patients with uremia on dialysis were followed up after tooth extraction.Results Only 1 patient bled after the tooth extraction while the other 29 patients had no complications. Conclusion With the cooperation of nephric internist, we found the suitable time for patients with uremia on bialysis to have tooth extraction 1 day before or 2 days after hemodialysis.
