摘要
人类已经进入网络时代。要规范人们的网络伦理行为,必须进行网络伦理建设。笔者认为,应该从网络道德意识、网络道德的心理调适、知识产权、道德规范、隐私权、网络责任、网络伦理的维护机制、网络行为监管机制、网络立法和执法、网络伦理建设的国际合作等方面来加强。
The human beings have entered the age of network. In order to regulate people's behavior of network ethics, we must conduct the construction of network ethics. Therefore, the author of this article puts forward some specific suggestions from the following aspects: the conscience of network morality, psychological adjustment of network morality, rights of intellectual property, moral modes, rights of privacy, network responsibility, the supervision of network behavior and the international cooperation of the construction of network ethics.
