摘要
通过对改造后重整装置运行情况的分析,得出开工过程中对水含量的控制和足够的补氯量是影响重整催化剂运转周期的重要因素,重整进料携带重组分不仅影响重整产物的辛烷值,而且会严重影响催化剂的运转周期。第一和第二反应器中催化剂积炭量明显增高是重整进料携带重组分的特征之一。
Through analyzing the running cycle of the revamped reformer, it was found out that the important factors influencing the running cycle of the reforming catalyst were water content controlling in the startup and enough makeup of chlorine. The feedstock with heavy component not only affected the reformate octane number, but also seriously influenced the catalyst running cycle. The obvious coke increase on the catalysts in the 1 st and 2 nd reactors was one of the characteristics of feedstock having heavy component.
