我们就有关严重烧伤肠外营养的几个问题进行了讨论:①营养需要量的估计。②肠外营养营养素的选择。③肠外营养液的配方及配制。④施行肠外营养注意事项。并强调指出要从周围静脉进行肠外营养。
Four problems in parenteral nutrition and metabolic support for burns were discussed in this paper.They were:①Estimation of the nutrition requirement,especially energy and protein requirements for burned patients.②Selection of the macronutrients for par- enteral nutrition with burns.③Principles of the prescription of parenteral nutrition.④ Experiences of parenteral nutrition for burned patients.Because of the safety,effective- ness and convenience,the importance and advantage of peripheral parenteral nutrition were emphasized.Some advances in this field were discussed.
