摘要 bcl 6基因是近年来研究较多的一类与NHL发生有关的癌基因 ,检测其突变和重排以及Bcl 6蛋白的表达 。 Bcl-6 is one of the proto-oncogenes which is related to the pathogenesis of NHL. It may be significant for the prognostic evaluation of DLBCL to detect the mutation reanrangement and protein escpression of blc-6.
