摘要
在急性兔脑缺血和再灌注模型上,采用脑电的计算机功率谱分析技术,研究了苯环利定对脑缺血及再灌注各期脑电功率谱的影响。缺血30min,脑电幅度受到严重抑制,甚至变平坦,总功率大大下降、而δ频段功率百分比显著增加。O、α和β频段的功率百分比相应下降;平均频率向低频范围移动。再灌注后.各频段的功率百分比和平均频率迅速恢复至缺血前水平,但总功率恢复差,苯环利定80μg·kg^(-1)能抑制缺血后引起的总功率下降,苯环利定40和80μg·kg^(-1)还能促进再灌注后总功率的恢复,苯环利定80μg·kg^(-1)也能对抗缺血引起的δ频段功率百分比上升,抑制脑缺血后O频段的功率百分比下降和平均频率下降。实验结果表明苯环利定具有减轻脑缺血时脑电活动抑制和促进再灌注后脑电活动恢复的作用。
In the model of rabbit acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, using power spectrum analysis of electroen -cephalogram (EEG), we studied the effect of phencyclidine [l - ( 1 - phenylcy-clohexyl ) piperidine. PCP]on changes of EEG at different periods of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. In 30 min of ischemia, the amplitude of EEG was severely inhibited, even became flatten, and the total power of EEG wao significantly decreased. The power percentage of delta band was significantly increased, while the power percentage of theta, alpha and beta bands were decreased. The mean frequency also decreased- Afte reperfusion, although the total power
was slight recovery, all the bands of power percentage and the mean frequency gradually recoveried. icv PCP 80 μg · kg-1 inhibited the decrease of total power during ischemia and improved the recovery following reperfusion. PCP 80 μg · kg-1 also antagonized the changes of delta, theta bands of power percentage and mean frequency during cerebual ischemia. The results showed that PCP could reduce the inhibition of brain electrical activity and improved the recovery during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.
