摘要
在全面建设小康社会的进程中,中国应加快流通创新,促进流通现代化。本报告节选自中国社会科学院A类重大课题《“十五”期间中国流通创新理论与政策研究》,作者尝试开辟全新的考察思路,着重从宏观层面集中讨论流通创新过程中的一系列事关全局的核心问题,并对如何加快流通创新,促进流通现代化建设提出了一系列政策和思路。
China should speed up innovation of circulation and s timulate circulation modernization while making progress towards a Xiaokang society.The paper is a part of Study on Theory and Policies of China's Circulation Innovati on sponsored by China's Academy of Social Sciences.A new research perspective is suggested.Some fundamental issues are discussed,and policies and guideline s are outlined.
