摘要
目的:观察克感滴鼻液的药理作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳郭浮肿致炎法,家兔解热实验,体外抑菌实验以及该方药抗流感病毒致小鼠肺损伤实验。结果:克感滴鼻液具有明显抗急性渗出性炎症作用;可明显降低致热剂所致家兔升高的体温;在体外可明显抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎球菌;对流感病毒感染的小鼠具有较好的保护作用。结论:该药具有较好的抗炎、解热、抗菌、抗病毒作用。
Objective:The pharmacologic action of Ke Gan Nose Drip is observed. Methods:In the experiments inflamation of mice ears with xylol and fever of rabbits and inhibitory bacteria in vitro and lung damage of mice by influenza virus are used. Results: Ke Gan Nose Drip has marked action of anti—acute permeability inflamation. It may reduce rising body temperature of rabbits by milk. It can inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus and pneumococci. It has better protection effect on mice infected by influenza virus. Conclusion: The drug has better action of anti—inflamation and reducing fever and anti—bacteria and anti—virus.
