摘要
改性维纶纤维被用以代替30%石棉(包括全部中长石棉与部分短石棉)制造PAC平板与波瓦。为查明维纶纤维在水泥基材中的耐久性,由PAC平板上切取试样进行了两项耐久性试验。在50℃湿气室中6个月的加速老化与在北京大气中暴露了4年的试验结果表明,试样的抗弯强度随期龄而增高,韧性则下降。对已在一屋面上使用了3.5年的PAC小波瓦的抗折试验结果表明,瓦的横、纵向破坏荷载均有明显增高。上述试验结果与扫描电镜观察均证明,维纶纤维在水泥基材中有良好的耐久性。
Modified vinylon fibres are used to replace 30% asbestos including all medium-length asbestos and partial short asbestos in the manufacturing of PAC plates and corrugated sheets. For evaluating the durability of rinylon fibre in cement matrix, specimens was cut from PAC plat the fog room at 50°for 6 months for two kinds of durability test. The test results show that curing in and after 4 years of exposure in Beijing, the flexural strength of the specimens increases while the toughness decreases with the curing age. The bending test for small PAC corrugated sheets after a pariod of 3.5 years used as roof sheere shows that the failure load of the sheets both in longitudinal and transverse direction increases obiously. Ac- cording to the above test results and SEM observation, it seems that the durability of vinylon fibre in cement matrix is satisfactory.
