摘要
投资环境是吸引投资,促进经济增长的决定性因素,经济欠发达地区的投资环境在入世后的全国区域经济发展中面临新的问题,成为制约欠发达地区经济进一步增长的瓶颈问题。构建欠发达地区投资环境科学的评价指标体系,是客观地分析欠发达地区投资环境优劣找出问题的关键所在。针对欠发达地区的环境缺失,加强欠发达地区的环境建设尤其是软环境水平的提升,是加快经济增长的重要途径。
The investment environment is a decisive factor of attracting investment and promoting economic increase. The investment environment of less developed areas are facing a new problem in the country's interregional economic development after entering WTO, and have become the bottle-neck problem that checks the development of these areas. Building up the system of evaluation index for the less developed areas is the key method of analysing objectively the advantages and disadvantages of the investment environment in the less developed areas. To raise the level of investment environment of the less developed areas is an important way of accelerating the economic increase in these areas.
