四川丹巴县邛山沟泥石流灾害特征及危险度评价 被引量:19

DEBRIS FLOW CHARACTERISTICS AND HAZARD EVALUATION IN QIONGSHAN GULLY OF DANBA COUNTY OF SICHUAN

摘要  2003年7月11日,四川甘孜州丹巴县巴底乡水卡子村邛山沟暴发特大泥石流,造成了十分惨重的人员伤亡和财产损失。泥石流堆积物在大渡河上游的大金川形成6m的高坝,并使大金川断流4min,是我国近年来最严重的泥石流灾害之一。由于此前70多天连续的降雨,沟谷内残坡积物已呈饱水状态,当晚的暴雨诱发导致了此次泥石流的发生。群众的警惕意识不高和自救常识以及通讯设施的缺乏是造成此次巨大灾难的主要原因。针对该类型的泥石流防灾减灾工作,一是要建立有效的监测预警系统;二是要提高群众的自救能力和防灾意识。 The debris flow occurred in Qiongshan gully of Danba county of Sichuan,China. It had been rained about 70 days before debris flow occurred. That made the sediments in the gully to be completely saturated in water. At last, the debris flow was triggered by a rainstorm at night of July 11, 2003. Lacking of consciousness and knowledge of preventing hazard and shortage of communication equipments, the debris flow caused very serious losses of life and property. The countermeasures against debris flow in Qiongshan gully are, on the one hand, to set up an effective system of monitoring and forecasting; on the other hand, to improve peoples' consciousness of preventing hazard and the ability of saving themselves.
