摘要
用硫酸铝铵为原料,以可溶性淀粉为分散剂,利用固相法制备了纳米α-Al2O3粉体。X-射线衍射实验证明,产品为α相,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)测得粉体粒径为30~40nm,粉体呈球形。实验过程中,利用了大分子链的空间位阻效应,高分子网络的阻隔作用,以及固体分散剂的物理分散作用,有效地克服了粉末的粘连与团聚。此工艺在国内尚鲜见报道。
Nano-sized α-Al_2O_3 powder was prepared by a solid-state method using (NH_4)_2SO_4·Al_2(SO_4)_3·24H_2O as raw material and soluble starch as dispersant medium. XRD analysis showed that the powder was α-phase, and TEM measurement showed that the particles were about 30~40nm in size with a ball-like shape. The aggregation of the Al_2O_3 particles was inhibited due to the effective action of the dispersant.
