摘要
介绍通过原位聚合制备一种核 -壳结构的聚苯乙烯 /氢氧化铝复合粒子。对分别经过KH5 70、KH5 5 0、试剂TZ处理的氢氧化铝和未处理的氢氧化铝在苯乙烯中的表面润湿性能进行试验比较 ,结果表明 ,经过试剂TZ处理的氢氧化铝的接触角最小 ;将这几种氢氧化铝与苯乙烯进行原位聚合 ,观察结果显示未处理的氢氧化铝和KH5 70处理的氢氧化铝未与聚苯乙烯粒子结合 ,KH5 5 0处理氢氧化铝部分黏附在聚苯乙烯粒子表面 ;SEM和X射线能谱仪测试结果显示试剂TZ处理的氢氧化铝的与聚苯乙烯形成核 -壳结构的复合粒子 ;毛细管流变仪测试结果表明复合粒子流体呈假塑性。
Composite particles of polystyrene and aluminium hydroxide with a core-shell microstructure were prepared by in-situ polymerization.The influences of KH550、KH570 and a special treating agent TZ on wetting performance of aluminium hydroxide in styrene were compared respectively and the result showed that aluminium hydroxide treated with agent TZ had the smallest contact angle.After in-situ polymerization with styrene,the aluminium hydroxide untreated and treated with KH570 did not integrate with polymer particles,and the aluminium hydroxide treated with KH550 was partly adhesive to surface of polymer particles,while the aluminium hydroxide treated with special treating agent TZ was integrated into polymer particles and a core-shell microstructure was formed,which was proved through SEM and spectrum of EDS.The data tested by capillary rheometer showed the composite particles were pseudoplastic flow.
