摘要
电解MnO_2(EMD)是制造锌锰干电池的基本原料,它的放电性能比较好。在使用金属钛作电解阳极时,为获得性能良好的MnO_2和防止金属钛表面钝化,电解电流密度一般在0.6A/dm^2以下。为提高电流密度,Misawa等进行了新的溶液体系研究。
High quality EMD was prepared from a bath containing suspended MnO_2. The method is capable of using current density up to 1.3A/dm^2 on titanium electrode with postponded passivation on Ti surface. EMD thus obtained had a specific surface of 79m^2/g instead of 34m^2/g for that obtained by commom method.
