摘要
本文通过x-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、x射线能量色散显微分析(EDXM)、x-射线衍射分析(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM),对经混合酸抛光前后的铜/铜合金制品进行了表面分析,发现导致焊缝表面变黑的原因是由于存在Ag2SO4、Ag2O和Ag颗粒。
A mixture of sulfuric, hydrochloric, and nitric acids are commonly used in chemical polishing of copper/brass articles as a pretreatment medium. The surface of the articles welded with silver solder has been investigated by using XPS, EDXM, XRD and TEM techniques, The results showed that the blackening of the surface of the seam is due to the precipitant sence of Ag_2SO_4, Ag_2O, and silver particles on it.
