摘要
合同法上的附随义务产生于诚实信用原则,它具有附随性、不确定性、强制性的特征。在合同的不同阶段违反附随义务应分别承担不同性质的法律责任。
The incidental obligations originate from credit principle ,and include the pre-contract obligations,post-obligations and the incidental obligations in the course of the fulfilment of a contract.in the different stages of the contract if the incidental obligations are violated,different quality legal responsblities will be held.
