摘要
小麦是中国的第二大粮食作物。中国的小麦生产已基本可以满足国内市场需求,且局部地区丰年有余,出现库存积压,但中国小麦生产的品种结构性矛盾突出,专用小麦品种和优质专用商品小麦缺乏,粮食贮运成本较高。目前,中国小麦生产在稳定总产的前提下,应以品种结构调整、优质生产区划、优质专用品种选育及推广、优质生产基地建设、优质小麦分收分贮、品质快速检测、优质优价和专用品种的食品加工技术为主要任务。
Wheat is the second grain crop in China. The total yield of wheat is enough to cover the domestic consumption, and also in some rich years and some areas over (production) of wheat and to much storage in state silos has happened. However, there are (problems) of the structure of wheat (variety), lacking of quality wheat (variety) and quality commercial wheat grain, storage-sale system, as well as a higher cost for storage and (transportation) existed in China. Under the condition the stability of total yield, more attention should be now paid to the regulation of (variety) structure, planning of quality wheat (production) region, breeding and extension of quality wheat (variety), hardware construction in (production) region, classification of buying and storage, quickly testing of quality on line, policy of higher price with good quality, and food (processing) technology for quality wheat to improve the production of Chinese wheat.
