Organic Electroluminescence Display Technology and Organic Semiconductors

摘要 近年来有机发光显示技术及其应用的迅速发展,使人们对有机半导体材料和器件有了新的认识,有机半导体材料及器件是近期有望取得重大突破的一个十分活跃的研究领域,有机半导体材料有可能在有机电致发光、有机光电转化、有机场效应管、太阳能电池以及信息存贮器件等领域得到广泛应用,并将促进有机电子产业的进一步发展。 Recent progress in organic electroluminescence display technology has led to a new stage of the research of organic semiconductors.Application in electroluminescence displays,photovoltaic devices,thin film transistors,solar cells and memory units will spur the development of the organic electronic industry.
