摘要
本文介绍一个用于CIMS加工过程实时动画仿真软件RMPS的设计与实现。该系统以三维动画预演实际的加工过程,实时仿真加工过程中状态变化和状态转移的细节,为CIMS中开展虚拟单元技术和复杂调度技术的研究,检查NC代码的正确性和有效性,调试设备控制器提供工具。RMPS直接安装在CIMS物流系统中,并实时地由NC码驱动。该软件系统已在IBM-PC机上使用C语言实现,动画刷新速度不少于2幅/秒。
In this paper, the realization and design of a softwre system for real-time manufacturing process simulation (RMPS) in CIMS is introduced. In RMPS, the actual manufacturing process is performed by using real-time 3D animation display aad the status of the machining process is also simulated. As an implementation system, RMPS may provide simulation support for researching virtual cell technique and complex scheduling technique online or offline, checking the correctness and effectiveness of NC programs. It is installed in the material flow system and driven by NC codes. All the programs of RMPS are written in C-language and realized on IBM Personal computer. The refreshing speed of 3D animation of RMPS is not less than 2 pictures per second.
