摘要
基于某一出租型办公大厦的智能化系统及其管理需求 ,对建筑智能化系统的综合管理进行了应用研究。探讨并解决各智能化系统之间的互连性、互操作性与信息交换 ,建立能面向各智能化系统及其物业管理系统的智能化综合信息集成管理平台。
Based on intelligent system and its management requirements of certain hiring out type office building, the application research of integration management of building intellectualizing system was carried out for discussing and solving the interconnectivity, interoperability and information exchange to establish an intelligent integration information management gallery oriented every intelligent system and its realty management system.
