摘要
应用正清风痛宁片治疗链球菌感染后综合征（又称链球菌感染后状态）３０例。同时用青霉素加强的松片治疗３０例做对比。１０ｄ为一个疗程，风痛宁组痊愈率８６．６７％。青霉素加强的松组痊愈率９３．３３％，好转率６．６７％。两组比较疗效无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示正清风痛宁可做为治疗链球菌感染后综合征的有效的非激素类口服药。
We treated 30 cases of post-streptococeal infection syndrome with Zhen Qin Fentonine,30 cases treated with penicillin and prednisone as control,10 days as a course.The cure rate in the Fentonine group is 86.67% versus 93.33% in the penicillin and prednison group,the improvement rate is 13.33% versus 6.67%.No significant difference was observed in the 2 groups(P>0.05).It is indicated that Zhen Qin Fentonine might use as an efficient nonsteroid oral drug to treat Post-streptocoeal infection syndrome.
