摘要
通过对高等学校教学管理评价存在问题的分析,提出科学评价的原则;对如何建立科学评价系统和评价方法进行了探讨并建立了教学管理质量评价系统的量化模型.
The pinciple of scientific evaluation is given by analying the problems of evaluating teaching management for universities and colleges were discussed. Scientific evaluation system and evaluation method and a quantitive model of evaluation system for teaching managment quality was established.
