胰腺腺泡细胞酶原颗粒超微结构研究

ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY OF THE ZYMOGEN GRANULE IN PANCREATIC ACINAR CELL

摘要 选择胎期、哺乳期及成熟期实验豚鼠24只,观察在食物供给方式不同的条件下,胰腺腺泡细胞超微结构变化的特点,计量分析各期酶原颗粒的数目、直径、体密度的差异(P<0.01).参考 Barta 技术方法,提出腺泡细胞分带方法,比较客观地阐述酶原颗粒在细胞三带分布特点. Under electronical microscope,morphometric changes of pancreatic acinus were observed in 24 guinca-pigs in Heir prenatal,breastfeeding or maturing periods.Changes in number,size and volume density of zymogen granule during the three periods were analysed quantitatively.A relatively objective illustration was given to the distributive characters of zymogen granule in three bands of acinar cell.
