摘要
目的 观察内舒拿鼻喷雾剂与中药鼻敏方联合治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 将门诊确诊为变应性鼻炎的患者随机分成观察组与对照组,两组均予等剂量内舒拿喷雾剂鼻内局部应用,同时,观察组口服中药鼻敏方,对照组予口服西药开瑞坦作为对照,分别于治疗结束后1月、半年、1年观察其疗效。结果 治疗结束后1月两组间疗效差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗结束后半年、1年两组间疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 内舒拿鼻喷雾剂与中药联合治疗变应性鼻炎可收到较好的疗效,其远期疗效优于西医对照组。值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Na-sonex and Bimin Formula(BF) on allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods 132 patients with AR were randomly divided into two groups (TG, with 70 cases in it) and controlling one (CGt with 62 cases in it). All the cases were treated with nasonex intranasally. Then, those in TG were combined with BF decoction orally taking, and those in CG were given loratadine as control. The therapeutic effect was evaluated one month, six months and one year respectively following the treatment. Results There were significant differences present in the therapeutic effects between the two groups, when compared at six months and one year after treatment (P<0. 05), while there was no such difference seen one month following the therapy between them (P>0. 05). Conclusion The combined therapy with nasonex and BF is very effective for the treatment of AR, with very superior therapeutic effect to that of chemical drugs alone.
