摘要
介绍的 30 0 kg电气熔解保温炉采用轻质保温砖与硅酸铝纤维毡作保温层 ,炉壳表面温度低、热效率高 ;电器控制系统采用三态恒温控制电路 ,炉温调控方便、可靠、精度高。该炉与机械手、专用电机转子铸铝压铸机相匹配用于微电机转子铸铝生产 ,不仅提高了产品质量 ,改善了工人的劳动环境 。
Introduction is made to a new type of furnace: 300 kg electric dissolving heat-insulated furnace, which uses light heat-preserving bricks and sodium silicate fabric rag to preserve heat, so that the surface temperature is low and the efficiency is high. In addition, the electric control system uses three-state-controlled constant temperature circuit,which is conve\|nient, reliable and accurate. When producing casting rotor, the casting device group of the electric dissolving heat-insulated furnace, the manipulator and the special rotor casting machine work together, which improves the quality of products and the working condition. Besides, its semi-automatic production technology will result in high production and bring rich profits to enterprises.
