Immunological Function and Application of Vitamin D to Autoimmune Diseases

摘要 对维生素D的免疫功能及在自身免疫性疾病中的应用前景作一综述 Vitamin D is a biologically inactive prohormone. It can not only regulate metaboly of calcium and phosphorus, but also play many biological roles, such as immunological regulation, differentiation and proliferation of cell, et al. The regulation of 1,25(OH) 2D 3 for immune system is multiple, including regulation for differentiation of cell of presenting antigen, proliferation of lymphocyte and secretion of cytokine, and so on.As a kind of medicine for immunregulation, the application to autoimmune diseases of 1,25(OH) 2D 3 has been studied. Some have been applied to clinic. Some have been applied to animal experiment. Synthesis of more effective vitamin D analogue would be bring on wide prospect for treatment of autoimmune diseases.
