摘要
为了解决枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis生防菌株Bs-916在大面积推广应用中存在着田间防治效果不稳定、药效作用缓慢等问题,将井冈霉素和生防菌Bs-916对半混合使用。试验结果表明:井冈霉素和生防菌Bs-916协同作用防治水稻纹枯病有显著的增效作用。用Bs-916利福平抗药性标记回收法测定了井冈霉素和Bs-916复配后Bs-916在水稻根叶围的定殖状况,表明井冈霉素对Bs-916在水稻根叶围定殖有促进作用,能减缓Bs-916群体数量大幅度下降,并使Bs-916发挥生物防治作用。这是井冈霉素和枯草芽孢杆菌Bs-916协同作用的增效机理之一。
A mixture of jinggangmycin and Bs-916 in the proportion of 1: 1 obviously increased their effects on rice sheath blight control. Bs-916 marked with Rifampicin was used for monitoring Bs-916 colonization in the leaves and stems of rice plant. The results showed that jinggangmycin enchanced Bs-916 colonization and the declination of Bs-916 quantity was decreased. The biological control effect of Bs-916 fully developed.
