摘要
提出了用两点电位滴定法测定聚维酮碘的新方法,该法只需在终点附近记录两次滴定数据即可计算滴定的化学计量点,分析速度较原药典法提高数十倍。
The pharmacopoeia method of determination of povidone iodine by potentiometric titration with standard Na_2S_2O_3 solution was modified by the method of two-point potentiometric titration. Only two data of the titrant consumed near the estimated end point were recorded and the exact stoichiometric point was calculated by the data taken according to a formula mentioned in the paper.
