摘要
江苏油田试采一厂结合生产特点 ,摸索出一套经济适用的计量工艺模式 ,在原油外输流量计选型过程中 ,经过试验比对和检定测试 ,推广应用了UF -Ⅱ螺旋转子流量计 ;对LJG— 2 2型体积管流量检定装置实施技术改造 ,研制、开发了电动四通阀和自动控制及数据处理系统 ,提高了检定效率 ;介绍了质量流量计在分队计量中的应用情况。
In light of the production characteristics,the Pilot Production Plant I of Jiangsu Oilfield has found out an economical and applicable model of measurement process.In the process of model selection of flowmeters for crude oil transmission,by a comparative test and calibration,UF-Ⅱ Spiral Rotor Flowmeter has been selected and put to wide use.Technical innovations have been made of LJG-22 Volume Tube Flow Prover and motor-driven cross valve and automatic control & data-processing system have been developed.The application of mass flowmeters in team measurement is introduced.
