摘要
诚信表面上是一个道德问题,但其本质是一个法治问题。本文从法治意义的角度出发,初步探讨了诚信观念的塑造问题,并提出应规范法律环境使诚实信用原则在我国有法可依。
Credibility apparently falls into the category of morality,but its nature is of legality.Inthe sense of legal government,the paper discusses how to develop the sense of credibility and further to ensure the law basis for the principle of honesty and good faith by regulating legal environment.
