摘要
采用XRF-XRD结合光谱仪,应用粉末压片手段,采用三种分析方法,即:1)对AsKβ13线进行测定,建立工作曲线;2)对AsKα12及PbLβ线同时进行测量,用PbLβ线对AsKα12线进行AI校正后建立工作曲线;3)建立虚拟元素分析方法,对矿石中As含量的测定进行研究比较,确认第三种方法要比第一种方法准确度高。
