摘要
汪道昆是明朝著名的文学家,但他在军事上颇有建树。经过实地考察、广征博引,他提出了自己的治军防边理论:提高边将权力,赏罚分明,关心兵士疾苦,筑台守险。他的这些建议多是从实际出发,具有很强的可行性,由于皇帝无心朝政,这些建议多未采用。但他的军事思想却成为历史上宝贵的精神财富。
In Ming Dynasty, Wang Daokun is a famous writer, at the same time, he also contribute so much to military. Acrodding to personal studying and learning, he put forward his theory of training soldier and guarding border:giving more rights to commanders, defining reward and punish, caring soldiers and building frontier towns. What he suggested coming from practice, but didn't accept by the degenerated emperor. Even so, his thought become the precious spirit wealth in history.
