摘要
文章通过对淮阴工学院外语系师生及相关人员进行的问卷调查课堂观察以及访谈等,研究分析了一些高校大学英语教与学的现状,提出了制约教学效果的因素及其启示,指出要改变大学英语教学"费时低效"的不良状况,必须进行实质性的教学改革,正确处理语言输入与输出的关系,注意改善学生的学习策略。同时,师生及相关领导应齐抓共管,重视学风校风建设。
By means of survey, classroom observations and interviews, the author makes a thorough investigation into the present college English teaching and learning in his institute, analyzes the contributing factors for the time-consuming and inefficient college English teaching and then expounds their pedagogical implications, exemplifying that the actual teaching reform should be carried out to change the adverse situation of his college English teaching. Meanwhile, the author suggests that the teachers should successfully balance input and output, and pay attention to bettering the students' learning strategies, and that the students, the teachers and the school authorities should make joint effort to attach great importance to the construction of the academic climate of the whole school.
