Fundamental management is the keystone of doing the enterprises' management well. Thus, fundamental management information is consequentially the trend of then enterprises' management and development. It determines the efficiency and the effect of the fundamental management and influences the entire pattern of the fundamental management. So it is the kernel of the fundamental management. This article simply sets forth the context and realization of enterprises' fundamental management, which is the referential material of the enterprises' managers.
