摘要
在生产过程中,有些电容式变送器出现输出为零的现象,影响到参数的测量或过程控制。通过生产现场的诊断和实验室测试,查出了产生该故障的部位。运用电容式变送器的工作原理,分析出了产生该故障的原因。该故障是由于传感器测量膜片或隔离膜片的弹性模量发生变化而引起的。介绍了消除这种故障的具体办法,并用此方法解决了多台电容式变送器的故障,取得了较好的经济效益。因而这种故障的消除方法具有一定的实用推广价值。
In production process, there is the phenomenon that the output showing zero appears with some capacitancetype signaltransformers, which influences parameter measurement or process control. By spot detection and tests in the lab, the fault part has been found out. And by making use of the functioning theory of capacitancetype signaltransformers, it is analysed that the fault is caused by the changes of the sensor's measuring diaphragm or segregating diaphragm. Furthermore, the specific approaches to dispose of the fault has been gotten. In practice, it helps fix the breakdown of several capacitancetype signaltransformers by applying those approaches and has got not bad economic benefit. Therefore the approaches to dispose of this kind of fault are worth spreading in application.
