摘要
在我国铁路既有线列车运行图指标评价的基础上,结合京沪高速铁路列车运行图的特点,从高速铁路列车运行图基本评价指标、旅客服务质量评价指标、高速铁路列车运行图均衡性评价指标、高速铁路列车运行图可调整性指标、高速铁路列车运行图经济评价指标和高速铁路列车运行图后评价指标角度建立了高速铁路列车运行图的指标评价体系和计算方法.该体系的建立对今后深入研究高速列车运行图的编制方法,提高高速铁路列车运行图的编制质量具有比较重要的理论意义.
On the basis of analyzing index evaluation of train working diagram on the existing railway line, and combining with the characteristics of train working diagram on Jinghu high_speed railway line, this paper establishes index evaluation system and calculation methods of the train working diagram on high_speed railway line from basic evaluation index of train working diagram, passenger serving quality evaluation index, proportional spacing evaluation index, adjustable evaluation index, profit_cost evaluation index and after_worked_out evaluation index. The evaluation system will be important for studying deeply method and improving quality of train working diagram for Jinghu high_speed railway line.
